ASME, a leading non-profit who empowers mechanical engineers with industry standards and certifications, partnered with us to optimize their marketing technology platforms, processes and experience. We helped them transition from multiple instances, like Marketo and Hubspot, to a centralized Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) unified platform.

ASME needed to consolidate data from four separate platforms to a single Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance to improve efficiency and gain better insights. To address this, we implemented a comprehensive migration plan, consolidating multiple data sources into a single Salesforce instance. This involved significant technical and operational strategy documentation. We also built a custom preference center for personalized communication, implemented lead scoring and management templates, and developed a scalable consent management architecture.
This project also involved migrating thousands of assets and campaigns, integrating various tools, and providing extensive training and support in areas like user experience, campaign development, and Einstein AI.
As a result, ASME achieved streamlined operations and increased efficiency. They gained enhanced data insights for better decision-making and delivered personalized communication for improved engagement. Teams benefited from increased productivity through a unified platform, and the organization now has a scalable solution to support future growth.
