Using SH/FT’s Tech Navigator, Chick-fil-A gained a 360-degree view of their technology stack via a custom-designed portal. Key use cases, like purchase and marketing flows, were mapped across their technology, validating current capabilities and projected improvements.
Evaluating 144 marketing-specific technologies revealed opportunities for reduction and more effective investment across marketing business units, ultimately uncovering cost-saving opportunities and process improvements projected to save hundreds of thousands annually.
This roadmap enabled Chick-fil-A to prioritize strategic initiatives, achieving a 25% reduction in annual MarTech spend by eliminating redundancies. SH/FT’s team also facilitated hands-on workshops with dozens of team members, improving performance tracking and optimizing marketing budget and personnel allocation for future success and their 2030 goals.
